You can create secret chatrooms on the LikeMinds web. Here are the steps involved:

1. On the home screen, click on the option “New Chatroom”

   

2. Select the community, where you want to create the secret chatroom.

   

3. Click on the rectangular button “OPEN” to select secret chat room privacy. (Note: Only owners and CM’s or members with permission can create the secret chatroom.)

   

4. Change the privacy to Secret and tap on the button “DONE”

   

   

5. You need to enter the topic of the conversation as well as you can name the secret chat room.

   

6. After that click on the “Green Arrow” button to add participants to the chatroom.

   

7. You can add participants by scrolling down the list or you can add by searching the name of the participant.

   

8. After selecting the participants, you need to click on the “Green Arrow” to start your chatroom.

   

9. On the top right corner click on the three dots, you will see the following menu:

   • Rename chatroom: Able to rename the chatroom

   • View participants: Able to view participants in the chatroom and will be able to add more participants and remove existing participants

   • Mute notifications: Able to mute notifications of the chatroom

   • View community: Access to community details

   • Leave chatroom: Able to leave the chatroom

   • Delete chatroom: Able to delete the chatrooms (only owner of secret chatroom)
