This generally happens when the member does not renew from the app and buys a new membership instead from the community website.
In such cases, we recommend refunding the payment for the membership and asking the user to renew from the app.
This is how you can do this:
- Go to your dashboard via web.likeminds.community and click on the dashboard icon.
- Go to Members> Member options(three dots)> Refund payment Look for the payment received from the member using email or phone number with the status "Not joined" or phone and refund the payment.
- Ask the member to make the payment for the renewal by clicking on renew membership on the app by going to Subscription > Renew
