Introduction

1. You can now track individual payments from the members and initiate settlements with LikeMinds in a few simple steps.
2. You will be able to view and manage all the payments that you get from your members for the following:
   • Membership
   • Events
   • Custom payments
3. To access go to Dashboard > Revenue,
   • Transactions: Track individual payments and initiate refunds.
   • Settlements: View the previous settlements and initiate pending settlements with LikeMinds.
   • KYC: Fill the Know your customer form with the bank and address details. Once you submit the details, the account will be verified in 3-5 business days.

How to track payments

1. You can track individual payments from members under various functionalities.

   • [1] You can select the following options in the “Type” drop-down menu
     • All
     • Membership
     • Events
     • Payment pages
   • [2] You can select the following options in the “Status” drop-down menu
     • Captured - Payment processed
     • Refunded
     • Failed

   

How to initiate refunds

1. Initiate refunds by clicking on the Transactions > Payment id > Initiate refund

How to initiate settlements

1. Initiate settlement by clicking on Settlements > Settle Balance > Initiate settlement.

How to do KYC

1. Dashboard > Revenue > KYC
2. Fill in the details and wait for 3-4 days for account approval

Note: You will not be able to settle the amount until the KYC process is completed
